No, if Cindy had a Y in her chromosome makeup she'd still be in jail. Being poor has nothing to do with it but having an ignorant and wimpy judge and jury does.

The remarks I've read above reflect how one sided someone can be about a persons private life. I doubt if any of these people have never made a mistake, have never done something that "looked bad", have never thought they could do better than what they were married to at the time, or ever had an impure thought or been tempted! Circumstantial evidence is exactly that, and many times circumstances are literally what someone perceives them to be and not the actual facts. Take for example eye witnesses to a crime that mistakenly identify someone as the perpetrator only to find out later they were mistaken. If I ever found myself on a jury and was only given circumstantial evidence, I would have a very hard time convicting someone. The thought I would want to leave people with is ..."Don't be so quick to judge, you may find yourself in a similar situation some day"..... No one can expain all things to all people.

No question whatsoever that her rich husband got to that judge with a fat pay-off. As to "gcm" - I hardly call passing off a child as your husband's, when you knew good and well it belonged to the man you were screwing, as circumstantial!! She is an evil, manipulative woman who has a wimp of a husband that she's "whipped" into submission. He's a cuckold and doesn't have the cojones to deal with her like a man with a backbone would!
