of course you realize that once a defendant waves time that a capitol case can take a year or better to make it through court. But then who really cares about the constitution. For the law abiding types, there are none, it does not matter and for the rest well it should not apply

From the sounds of it, doesn't sound like Bob Lee or his office had to do much to keep this guy in prison. At least this inmate sees the futility in even trying given the crimes committed. Then again, you never know......better to be there and show a presence I guess

youfools release this man ,35 years in prison is cruel and unusual punishment,yes his crimes are awful ,but who was there for him when his family was wiped out in a car wreck labor day 1969? who ever tried to council or give any relief to this poor soul as a child ,now we just lockaway the problem and call it names
