Judge clears Las Cruces Police of wrongdoing in Lance Hummell's death
A federal judge has sided with Las Cruces Police, issuing a ruling Thursday that cleared the agency, one of its officers and the city of any wrongdoing surrounding the July 2010 shooting death of a sword-wielding man outside his apartment.

All of this for what was so evident.
The young man simply wanted to take himself out.
Prayers for him but more for the Officer who he has
saddled with this event for the rest of his life.
