Did the investigator "find" that the pregnant woman's child would've lived had the mother to be not been commiting a crime and got shot ? Did he "find" that she should've chosen a better job than driving a get away car ? Did the investigator tell the criminals to find a better way of aquiring their radiators ?

Kill more criminals ! They take their chances with the legal system everyday and are winning ! Time for some good folk to roll the dice with the jury ! Kill more thieves before they move up to rape & murder.

FIRST OF ALL WHAT IS A PREGNANT WOMAN WITH A 14 MONTH OLD DOING OUT TRYING TO STEAL OTHER PEOPLES STUFF WHEN SHE SHOULD BE AT HOME TAKING CARE OF HERSELF AND THE 14 MONTH OLD. SECOND OF ALL IT ISN'T LIKE STOLL WAS INTENTIONALLY PLANNING ON KILLING THIS WOMAN AND HER UNBORN CHILD. HE PROBABLY SHOT TO SCARE THEM. PEOPLE NOW-A-DAYS THINK PEOPLE CAN COME ON YOUR PROPERTY, ROB YOU BLIND AND NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND AS FAR AS CALLING THE COPS, WELL, TELL ME WHEN THE GOVERNMENT HIRES SOME WORTH HAVING AROUND AND DOING THEIR JOBS RIGHT.

Yet another criminal injustice in our screwed up system. Granted, Stoll had a previous criminal record BUT he was not the one committing a crime at the time. Defending your property is an ammendment and one that should be withheld in all circumstances. This is ridiculous.

I think that it is horrible that that poor baby had to die, but like others have said what kind of mother/mother 2 be puts herself in that situation. I have to say I honeslty don't blame the shooter he was protecting his stuff and trying to scare them away. It is just a bad situation all around!

What is our world coming to that these mothers put their children as well as themselves in harms way. Not to mention the fact that she was herself committing a crime. I feel for the man who shot her and his family. I woul love to be on the jury that finds him NOT GUILTY. He is protecting his own property. Screw the fact that the prosecution states he had a prior record. This man did nothing but protect his property. I think the men in the car with the woman should stand trial for their part in her and her daughters death. She knew what she was doing when she had a 14month a home and one in the oven, and she drives a get away car. I have no pity at all for her or her family. Play with fire your going to get burned. Hopefully her 14 month old can be raised by a great family, and have a real chance at a "crime free" life!

I AGAREE........THIS MAN WAS AT HIS HOME, BEING ROBBED AND HE DEFENDED HIS PROPERTY....I DOUBT HE INTENDED TO KILL THE GIRL OR HER BABY.....ITS A TRAGEDY YES.... BUT, WHAT DID THE GIRL THINK WOULD HAPPEN WHEN YOU PLAN TO COMMIT A CRIME??? SHIT HAPPENS.

I agree with you guys, Why wasnt she home with her son and taking care of herself?Im sorry for her family in this situation and for her father said why couldnt he have just shot the tires on the car well he dont know that might have been what he was aiming at?I guess he is the Victim here so now tell me Mr.Investigator "FIND" why you cant answear the wrong doing of stealing off his own car? And What should have he had done call the police and just buy another Radiator,Well seems like the thing to do but then it would happen again,,

I agree that it is bad that both the mother and baby were killed. this man will have to live with that for the rest of his life. she should have let her no good boyfriend and his friend leave alone and kept her butt at home.

The prosecution will have a hard time finding a jury to convict this man. I for one would vote NOT GUILTY. These people had no business on his property. The 2 men should be the ones on trial for murder. I wonder how much drugs/ alcohol the law found in their car? Anyone ever heard of "an action for a reaction"?

You wait and see theirs still more to this story I still think it was a drug deal gone bad, they still have not found that so called radiatior thats missing. He still didnt have no right to kill her, would you be saying this if it was your child and grandchild?

It is not Stoll's fault this woman and her baby are dead. It is her fault. If she and her boyfriend wanted a radiator, they should have gotten a job and worked for it like the rest of us do.

Jessie and her babies aren't the criminals. Mr. Stoll was in the wrong for killing her. Dustin and Auddie should be held accountable for their actions also.

Unless someone is coming in on you in your home than you should think before you shoot.

I am all for the right to protect what is yours, but when you make the choice to fire a weapon you are responsible for the outcome. You should be aware when that gun goes off and you are aiming at a passenger door with occupants in the back seat, that there is a possiblity that bodily injury could occur and that you will be held responsible. I also believe the men in the vehicle should be charged.

The babies aren't the criminals you are right but She was. They didn't ask to be involved in any of this. I can't say she got what she deserved by dying, jail would have been a little better, but you just have to have better judgement.....like Knowing to abide by the law, and keep your kids safe you know commen sense stuff that most normal working citizens know.
