i know for a fact that Sacey and Andrew had Mike bring out the gun to murder their child welfare worker. In fact, that Thursday just happened to be their supervised visit with Child Welfare Services. Andrew was going to hold down the worker, while Stacey shoved a shotgun down her throat, watched her beg for her life, and then blow her head off. hmmmmmmm Did Stacey and Andrew have the gun brought out by Mike, so it wouldn't be traced to them? Wonder what really went wrong that night? Andrew testified in court that he masterbated in front of his own children, and stated that it was no big deal, everyone does it. Now he's opening a business taht is targeting kids and teens. Really Scarey if yoiu ask me.

by the way, i'm Stacey's sister. I'm the one taht turned them into CWS for many reasons. Stacey was going to kill all four of her kids cause she knew that she was going to die. She was afraid of andrew and mike. she didn't want her kids to be without her, so she told me how she was going to kill them, one at a time in her backyard. execution style, in the back of the head, then herself. I had to save the kids. Also, the kids were and still are afraid of the kissing monster. Oh yeah, and Andrew grabbed choking her, had her feet in the air, dangling. The kids also witnessed him knock their mother out, then alleged that he had to restrain her because of anxiety attacks. He lied to her doctor, to get a note stating that he had to restrain her, to get the charges dropped.

there is also another well known saying "Innocent until proven guilty" and you shouldn't assume because Basso was a con man that automatically makes him a murderer. you can't believe everything you read in the papers because there are a lot of holes in this story that need to be filled. the husband sounds like a pretty shady character to me and we don't know what he's done in his past so how can you be so quick to blame this on Basso only? obviously you are very biased and can't be objective. thank god you won't be on the jury.
I'm biased against anyone who mistreats their spouse and child. But, if you read my comments carefully, you would see that I am not saying that he is guilty, just that Basso is a low life of whom I would not be surprised if he did do what he is accused of. I am also saying that he is getting exactly what he deserves. I believe in "innocent until proven guilty", but I also believe in "you reap what you sow".

By the way, Christy, his name is not Mike, it's Fausto (pretty apropos, considering the origins of the name). And, is it not also true that the deceased had to get a restraining order against Basso because he threatened to kill her and her children? Read the file, and then tell me if he was not violent in nature. Unless, of course, the deceased lied to the police. Besides, anyone who does what he did to his child is considered violent in nature. With all due respect to the dead, what kind of person wants to blow off someone's head? And if you folks want people to actually believe that Basso was not violent in nature, how can you reconcile that with the fact that he allegedly brought the gun to the house for the purpose of giving it to the deceased and her husband so that they could kill the social worker? Wouldn't that make him an accomplice in the murder of the social worker? Isn't that indicative of a violent nature? Let's wake up here. Regardless of why he bought the gun (which was captured on video), whether it was for his use or for someone else's use, he knew that it would ultimately be used to kill someone. Is the husband at fault here? Absolutely, because he's a degenerate husband and an even worse father. Is Basso at fault here? Of murder? We'll see. But, it is quite clear that he is no better than the husband, and worse. At least the deceased knew her husband was a low life. Basso didn't even have the testicles to act like a man and take care of his wife and child. Murder? Maybe, maybe not. But he certainly killed the lives of people around him, especially his child. And for that, he deserves what he's getting.

Basso is a con artist to the umpteenth degree. He stole from his parents, stole from his wife and stole from their daughter, who was all of three years old at the time. He conned his entire family and friends into believing he was an attorney, when he never even completed a semester of college. He cheated on his wife with the deceased for a very long time, while the husband knew about it all along. In fact, based on related articles, her husband was her pimp for a while. Don't know if he pimped her to Basso. What possible reason would there have been for her husband to kill her and Basso? How can you put something like this past Basso and pin it all on a moronic, low-life husband? The husband was obviously some kind of a degenerate, but he would have had plenty of chances to kill Basso and his wife – why wait ‘til that night? Basso, on the other hand, according to reports, arrived here from New York no more than 24 hours prior to the incident. Sounds like premeditated stuff to me.
Andy ,reading this post of yours I'm a little confused about this last sentence. You say you are from new york or philly but you say fausto arrived HERE from new york .Well if your from new york why would you write here meaning california.

i did read "mike's Fausto Basso's file at the court house, in fact the day she was murdered, i went to the court house, with a friend and my significant other, got the restraining order copy, and turned it in. I never thought any of the three Fausto, Stacey,(whom is my sister), or Andrew were in any way innocent. However, I feel they are all three "VICTIMS OF THEIR OWN CONDUCT!!!!!!!!!" I turned them in to Child Welfare Services. I gave Child welfare services "heads up" on the fact that there was going to be a violent crime about to occur. They were all freaken psychotic, even my sister. I thought for a moment, that they were going omurder me because I turned them in to cws. I was scared to death for the lives of the four kids. Somebody had to do something and no one was doing igt. Therefore, I did!

Andrew's parents won't even take a local or FBI background check to see their grandchildren. hmmmmm are they even who they say they are? They don't even support their son in court to advocate for him. I mean, isn't he a victim. wouldn't you be there if you kid was just "stabbed" eight times and his wife, the mother of their grandchildren, was murdered? Where's the support ? her husband was also a low life, living off his wife. she wanted to stop escorting. i know for a fact. she asked me to remove the pole from her room. her husband said, "THE [email protected]#[email protected]$%@$ POLE IS STAYING" what a sad case. her husband abused stacey and the kids a s well. now he's opening a business targeting kids and teens. preditors do that. It's on record by his own admission that he masterbated in front of the kids. The kids think he's going t o kill them. Who's the kissing monster that they talk about? The kids are blessed to be away from all three of them. However, severe damage has already been done. They have to live with that. ANd Fausto's daughter, the poor child, whatever she endured. They were all three violent, and all three participated in premeditating, calculating, and almost followung thru successfully with their plan to murder CWS. Instead one is dead, the other two injured. Maybe Stacey got the easy way out?

Also I see you are starting to make this personal. I know these people are pissing you off but remember what they say in the military, nobody is who they say they are. Be careful what you are telling people. I bet some of these people are just trying to get info out of you by pissing you off. Watch what you say and I love you.

also at the court hearings when andrew goes alone, unsupported, you should see him sitting there with his cell phone out, all exposed, typing who knows what ? I know recorders are not permissable in court, I wonder all the time if his phone also has a recorder on it? I wonder if he's listening to get his story straight? hmmmmm got's me wondering, why isn't the prosecution wondering the same thing? oh i forgot, he's a "VICTIM" of his own "CONDUCT" that masterbated in front of his own kids. He put one of the kids in the corner so long that she remembered it getting from "morning to darktime" on more than one occassion. Just listen to the kids, tgheir behaviors and their activities tell a lot more than you could ever imagine. He was and still is a monster that wants and is apparently opening a business taht is targeting children. ugggghh i say to the future of our community and the other unprotected children that are going to be at risk and that are soon to be in the hands of Andrew--------maybe he's the kissing monster the kids talk about?
