If the prosecution has evidence that Charles King didn't fire the gun, why the heck did they prosecute him and put him and put him in prison for life?

The St.Cloud Police Dept needs to review this case because something is so wrong. How do you talk on the cell phone just before her husband was shot and she all of a sudden walks the dog at 4am and happens to leave the door unlocked and then all of a sudden the guuy she was talking with on the cell kills her husband/ Come on St.Cloud REVIEW this case ans I think she needs to do time for this.

It'll be interesting to see if Charles King testifies against Kathy in her trial.

From what I read in Around Osceola, it appears he turned against her during his trial.

I agree, this Cindy person seems to be a little slow. Yes, the wife has been arrested for the murder of her husband. The only reason the trial hasn't happened yet is because she has a good lawyer that keeps finding reasons to have it postponed. It will happen soon, I am sure. No judge is going to let the delays continue indefinitely. Then, if justice prevails, SHE will be put in prison where she belongs. I know, I know, innocent until proven guilty but she is far from innocent and this will all come out in the trial.....

I guess this answers my earlier question as to whether Charles King will tesify in the trial. I have no idea who the other person, C. Schuhart, is, but there's definitely a transport order in place for King.

Nothing has been fair in the Raver Family since the day Kathy walked into their lives. This case may have been closed today but it is not over. There are two people in this world that know the truth and we all know that one of them isn't going to tell on herself. Our only hope is that the other one, sitting in prison, will grow a conscience and admit that she was the brains behind the crime. Murderers don't deserve to walk free.

There were no other females, only Kathy. You have no idea, like you said, you have been silently reading what is POSTED on here. Well, you and all the other readers can't read between the lines. You only know what is POSTED on here. The majority of the facts can't be posted on here or revealed to the public now can they? That would screw up any trial wouldn't it? I feel so sorry for you people!!!!!You have no sense!!!! The State did not have enough evidence to take this to Court. What makes you people think that you can. IDIOTS!!!!! The guy in prison did this on his own. He probably knew that he was not telling the truth about any other involvement. The man was crazy. Ask the ex-wife why she was no longer with him.
