To the family of all parties involved. I am so sorry that the pain of two lost lives now are involved. May God bless you all! To Ms. Brown however I hope and pray that you are forgiven for the lives of these two men. One that obviously was driven to believe that you were still in love with him, and the other that paid the price of losing his life. To the couple that is in love I hope you can be blessed in marriage and not let this terrible trajedy stop your true happiness. To the family of Mr. Sikes if your son is inocent fight for his appeal and may justice be served.

Leila.....don't be a hypocrite, if you thought it was wrong for any of us to be on here sharing info...then you wouldn't be looking at this website yourself. I do agree that maybe Bec should be charged for something, I agree with what you said about Aubrey having a voice egging him on....but I don't blame it all on her, Aubrey pulled the trigger....God will judge them both and deal with him as he pleases.

I don't think it's wrong to be on here sharing info, but if something can help Salters family then why not sepak up? Of course it's not all her fault, he knew what he was doing and pulled the trigger TWICE. But lets get down to the real truth which more than likely will never be known. Your right, ultimatley god has the last say and whomever was involved, will eventually answer to their wrong doing. Even us.......it's only a matter of time.

Yes mam, you couldn't be more right. All we can do is pray for both of the families involved in this.

Becc was (finally) arrested this week....I wonder what new evidence they found on her? I'll be praying for Slater's family through this "new" development.

I went to school with Aubrey my whole life. We had numerous classes together. Aubrey would come to my house and just visit. My parents liked him. I wa never scared of him and I'm still not. I'm not saying I know him better than anyone else but I do know that he always talked about the marines. And the fact that he'd give it all up and go AWOL just baffles me. Maybe we will never know but I think Aubrey was manipulated by this woman. I think she played him. A persons mind can be their worst enemy. I feel bad for Aubrey, I really do. His life ended as well. Aubrey isn't the only one to blame in this situation. And I wish people would stop bad mouthing him. What he did was wrong, no matter the reason but it doesn't make him any less of a good person. I know Aunrey has so much good in him. He just made a bad choice. Miss you Aubrey!

<quoted text>yes slater's in heaven and the hate and judging and all the evil is still here on earth we always think nothing like this will or can happen to our family.i don't know why eirther but because slaters dead doesn't give you the right to tell me to stop saying antthing on aubrey's behalf so whatever yal' whatever!
Now that the trial is finalized and all is out its sad that so many lives have been destroyed. Aubrey had no right to take some ones life. The Browns had no right to molest a child. Aubryes pain began way before he took Browns life and deserves to pay for his actions, but its sad that Aubrey did what he did and that Brown is not made to pay for his actions. So much pain, so much to be missed, so much to love and so many sins with only one God to judge. If Aubrey would have reached out he could have gotten justice the right way. God Bless them and their familes.
