Another life snuffed out in San Bernardino. It's getting to be a lot like Beirut. One has to ask themselves. "Do I really need to make this trip to San Bernardino?"

I don't...

Im always around there, and I always see cops pulling people that our walking over. It's the only place I see it done. I've also seen a cop break out the windows of a vehicle after pulling them over, in anger. But never citizen crime.

I bet the victim has a RAP sheet. Normal people don't "hang out" in the ghetto near midnight. I guess he won't live and learn.

As for the police, I wish they would kick some more ass in the ghetto..keeps them from coming to the nicer areas...what's left of them.

AS long as rents in sanbernardino stay from $650 to $850 a month for a one or two bedroom apartment we are going to continue to have a high crime city.THE rents in this city hav'nt move since 1993.TO ALL THE LANDLORDS,STOP PUTTING THUGS AND GANGMEMBERS IN YOUR APARTMENTS just to get paid.

Be quiet you stupid idiot... I knew the victim and he was at his house you moron.... don't judge people just because of the place they live in.. not everyone is as fortunate as others to live in nicer place... think before you comment you IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, please. Operation Phoenix isn't something that was ever intended to actually lower crime. It was just to get Morris paid with our tax dollars. Let's make him live in the ghetto like courts make the slum lords do. Maybe he'll really clean up the city if we force him to live in the worst parts of it.

This is a "typical" asinine comment from an ignorant person that doesn't have a life. Are you related to Mike C?

Morris plan with the "ingenious" idea of "Operation Phoenix" is plain and simple. Everytime, a San Bernardino Police Officer makes a "routine" stop, they are now trained to use their "better" judgement in how to handle a situation, that might or might not get out of hand. "ELIMINATE" them, and "shoot to kill." That is how to clean up the city. Don't mind the fact that he did indeed place a "Perverted Sexual Offender" to run the "community" center for kids because he just doesn't give a ****, about anyone who lives in this city. Probably thought, none would have the balls or voice to say anything. And as long as he has the support from the DA's office, these Officers will be cleared of "any wrong doing." 8 police involved killings so far this year, and counting..........

Why do people look down upon minorities...San Bernardino is basically mexican and black, the other races have moved...and look at the result... I wonder why your races are disliked..think about it.. point the finger at yourself..do you see white people doing drivebys..or killing their brother over a du rag...ignorant people can have san bernarghetto
