To anyone who "thinks the trial was unfair" maybe you should read the actual affidavit.. he should stay where he is and rot in jail.. disgusting

This is from the official affidavit:

"Michael Blagg broke down sobbing lightly. Your affiant told Michael Blagg tell me the truth about what happened to Jennifer. Michael while sobbing, his head lowered and his Iips quivering replied "I can't." Your affiant repeated several times to Michael Blagg to tell me the truth. Michael Blagg kept responding I can't tell you." Your affiant then told Michael Blagg to at least tell me where Jennifer and Abby were at. Michael Blagg raised his head, looked straight into your affiant's eyes and said calmly,"I really don't know where they are at."
Your affiant asked if they were in the river. Michael Blagg nodded no and stated "I really don't know." Michael Blagg gained his composure and again denied knowing what happened to Jennifer and Abby Blagg. A while later in the interview Michael Blagg asked what were the consequences and differences in the types of murders. After talking for a few more minutes Michael Blagg began sobbing some more with his head slumped and lips quivering. Your affiant told Michael again to tell me the truth and to get rid of the guilt he was carrying. Michael Blagg asked to pray for a moment. After praying Michael Blagg stated he wanted to tell the truth but he wanted to have a lawyer tell him what the truth is going to mean. Michael Blagg repeated that he would tell us the truth after speaking to an attorney. The interview was ended."

Give me a break, innocent. There's a lot more. Read it.

There is a lot more to read but none of it was incriminating. Doing a mileage estimate 30 days after the incident. What good is that? There was a lot of nothing in the report.

I think it is a shame that this man would even claim to be inocent, I mean what kind of person can kill his wife and child and just sit around like nothings wrong, this guy would and does give me the heebie jeebies.

I just saw the 48 hours show and he was more upset when he found out he was going to jail than when he was talking to the police the first time...and as a father if my son were to go missing I think Id be a little more emotional

if you read the not guilty posts here, i would have to say most of them are from women. i think if you RESEARCH ALL the actual evidence, and not rely solely on what is seen on a tv show, the logical conclusion by any rational thinking human being is GUILTY. C'MON PEOPLE, i suppose you thought O J was innocent too? It was people like you that set him free.

People find it hard to imagine a reason that Michael Blagg could kill his young daughter. Well, is my opinion logical? Blagg had explained the use of porn to repair his sexual problems in his marriage after his wife's hysterectomy. Could his wife have found him looking at child porn? It was said that he was looking at oral sex over the Internet. Perhaps his wife found him molesting his own daughter. That may be the reason he had to dispose of them both. An examination and questioning of his six-year old daughter could have proven his wife's claim if Jennifer had contacted authorities and if she were to expose him in a messy divorce. Killing her was an attempt to keep his perversion quiet. Once he killed her, he had to get rid of his daughter as well. She may have witnessed her mother's murder and even have heard the topic of argument. A six-year old is able to recount and remember. If there was molestation, it would have been uncovered. Blagg wanted to save his own skin, no matter what it took. He really thought he could cover up the murders. Callous Narcissist! He attempted to make sure Abby's remains could never be examined for sexual abuse. It appears he succeeded in that endeavor. How sad!

Anyone know what type of internet porn this guy was watching? The report mentioned it briefly, suggesting it was too graphic for the court.

I just noticed that from the getgo they always assumed it was Michael Blagg. I never heard of the police investigating to see if maybe, just maybe someone else could have commited the crime.
Also, some murderers are smart. What if the murderer was someone who knew Blagg and set him up by taking the bodies and purposely smearing the van? It could have been a family member who got their hands on his wife's keys. After all, after watching the case on tv, I got the vibe that the mother in law never liked him.
Another thing was that I noticed, wtf is up with the mother SUDDENLY claiming that he chocked his wife 10 years ago? If it were true, that should have been the first thing out of her mouth when she was questioned before trial not during.
Also blood was never found inside the car, but on the outside ridges and stuff. Doesn't make any sense does it?
To me it sounds like he was set up by another family member.
So the mother killed her daughter? WTF are you thinking...

I was not on the jury but I did see the 48 hrs mystery. 1) iF HES GUILTY he must have had this PREMEDITATED. It was way to clean. He had to have practaced his "way of greving". I did not see him greiving at all, only saying he was an Innocnet man wrongly accused.
2)I do not belive the wife was so ready to join him on the internet porn. This is what he said, his wife caught him on the internet and agrred to join him in his Online pronography fiasco. This was his aliby----to say that they were in it together,it was an acceptable thing in our home.(BS)
3)placment of the body---although it wasnt proven where the body was paced after the muder- but b4 it ended up in the landfill. They found this body atthe landfill on the thought that it was placed in his work dumpster...to be unbiased this is a bit far fetched...not enough to convict him but there is resonable doubt here.
4) DNA in their vechiel---hers(dna) not his. was this her personal vechile or his?(i missed that part of it on 48 hrs. IF it was his vechiel send him to the electric chair imedatly. If it was hers Perhaps the killers transported her while he was at work, bUT WHY??? hmmmmm
OH by the way (in my best Columbo technique)why move the body if it was simply a robbery or rape. afte leaving the blood saoked bed.
The Daughter, it is just a shame. From what I have seen I personally think that he is quilty,I was not on the jury and know only wat i have seen in this Hr long tv show, and a little more research- I say Life in prison w/o the possiblity of parol. Let him prove his inocence from this point on. Hire the inocence project!!!!! Guilty!

Are you guys that stupid....or just looking for a more rationale method or explanation. I know this guy and he did it.(he told me)
what do you think......that the magic bean man popped in and killed his wife and kid.
People are not always what they look like. Even to parents. A lot of these so called Christians have deep hidden problems and can and will do what he did. He is a perfect example of a self absorbed, "all about me".......SOCIOPATH.
SO GET OVER IT AND QUIT TRYING TO MAKE SENSE OF SOMETHING THAT IS EASY TO SOLVE AND REALLY MAKES NO SENSE..........WELCOME TO LIBERAL AMERICA WHERE PEOPLE CAN BE CONVINCED OF ANYTHING........HE DID IT FOLKS.........GOODBYE

I agree only God, victims, and person who did this know all the details. The biggest thing that keeps going through my mind is the innocent little girl. The next thing is in most cases I've watched there is usually some reasoning behind the crime whether it be logical or not. This case for Mr. Blagg to commit these crimes really doesn't make sense. I mean everything to lose nothing to gain. There is no money, girlfriend, freedom, and for a religious man knowing God is Ever Loving and Forgiving will still give last and final judgement. It really doesn't fit.

If we are to believe the DA's argument that watching porn and getting into an occasional argument with your wife is evidence that a husband is going to commit murder, then there are millions of wives out there who are in grave danger of getting killed on any given day at any given hour.

I think it is a crime that they have never located Abby Blagg, either alive or deceased.
I'm pretty sure Abby Blagg is in the same place that Jennifer was found...in the landfill. Witnesses saw Blagg putting two boxes into the dumpster at work. Also, if you recall, they barely found Jennifer's body. They were about to give up by the time they found it. They should have emptied the entire area and dug through it piece by piece after her remains were found.

how can you say he's guilty...the cops looked at him from the start of the investigation just like the ramsey case and ironically that case was also in Colorado and only 186 miles apart...both the little girls look extremely similar...abbey's body has never been found and no evidence that she is dead...so I wonder, who was up for election when this case broke? wouldn't be the 1st time... a little bit of blood in Jennifer's vehicle does not mean anything because I have blood in my jeep so does that mean i'm dead and my husband killed me too? guess not because i wouldn't be writing this

what would be really funny is if they ever do find Abbey hopefully she could clear her father because i don't think he did this...but to each there own.....think what you want but don't judge someone who you know nothing about because you never know one day you
