Hold on a second that statement is a vague generalization of half truths that will not hold up under closer scrutiny or careful examination.

the Decline of Detroit, Chicago and other major American urban centers is a result of large numbers of blacks running around with guns, selling drugs, getting away with murder, arson, rapes, looting. Not being held accountable for the actions of the people of the community.

The break down started as the black family unit was disassembled, ruined, broken by welfare.

With the a strong father figure providing leadership ,removed, gone from the black household there was and is a authority vacuum which was filled by black street gangs.

Read the study by Dept of health and human services titled, Harlem 1850 to 1970. the study chronicles the destruction of the black community in Harlem and by material implication the rest of the country.

Close down welfare office and make jobs available to black men keep them at home, but democrats don't want that to happen cause black voters keep voting for them and more welfare.

The intercity uneducated /undereducated / underemployed or unemployed men of the black community in America can't stand on its own until they have the same employment opportunities as the rest of America has and no more government handouts to lean on.

America has wasted trillions of dollars on poverty and all we have to show for the expense is lots more poverty why?

Because we ignore that axiom from economics 101 which states.

In government what you subsidize you get more of what you tax you get less of.

Now look around your city your state the country and see the results of 60 years of ignoring that axiom.

see all those people with hands out for more and getting it because government wants people dependent on government, that's a power/voting base.

see all those jobs gone off shore or to other states because of over taxation over regulation , aggressive bully tactics by unions.?

see all those MFG building not producing income or tax revenue??

can't ignore reality

There r people of all races who get accustomed to having welfare. My former white neighbor who has been gone three years loves welfare because if provides free health care for children he keeps having. He doesn't wanna get off it because of no deductibles i assume. Some people abuse welfare

By taking risks, getting educated, working hard and taking responsibility for themselves and their choices. It works every time. You should try it sometime.

You think rolling into a party store for a hoist is not taking a risk? These days everybody is carrying and trigger fingered. You'll get educated real quickly too.

LOL, there are no 11,000 forgotten "rapes" at Detroit. There might be 11,000 allegations made by women who believe they were raped, but there wasn't no 11,000 rapes, LOL.

First off, college doesn't educated you, it indoctrinates you into what the rich want you to think, hence the term "brainwashing".

As for working hard, working hard at what ? You mean working your ass off day and night to make a wage you can't live on, all so you can make some fat rich dude more rich? Or is it the working hard at two jobs and still not being able to pay your rent and put food on the table ? Perhaps you mean the kind of working hard where you are the hardest worker in the company and someone comes in off the streets and because she flashed her boobs, she get an immediate pay raise and higher position ?

Is that the working hard you're talking about ?

Hard work don't work no more, guess you've been out of the game for decades....

NO, it was just a bigger boob that displaced her.
