With an 8 inch barrel, that is a very heavy revolver....especially for a 2 year old.....the gun's owner/borfriend should be charged to the max....

Smarter than a pale freckled white trash kid the same age. That's for sure. Dumb union larvae.

So you're wondering who might have actually pulled the trigger and then blamed the one person in the house they can't prosecute for the shooting?

So it's just some sort of gun charge for the gun owner...who might or might not have been the shooter.

The article say's the boyfriend and gun owner, was'nt there when it happened.....but, i would bet money, that the 2 year old fire that heavy of a revolver.....wonder if they did a test of the baby's hand for powder/gun residue?....

Ask the two year old to hold and point the gun...or perhaps an object of similar weight.

Check the trajectory of the bullet to see whether it came from a two year old's height.

The article says the gun was left out by another sibling for the two year old to find. So there's more people running around in the house besides just the gun owner.
