Thanks A Thought...I haven't heard any of the news stations mention rape but according to the charges, rape is one of the crimes. I assume they have DNA from the rape...and if that's true it should be no question of guilt. What a monster to rape a little 13 year old girl...sign me up for the firing squad...oh that's right...that's too cruel.
Glad to have been of service to those in Elk Grove. Elkgrovians are a fine people.

<quoted text>I read that yesterday in the SF Chronicle. Old news now. Let's see what happens at the hearing on Wednesday. Let's see if there is real reason to hold this guy.
I'm sure they have good reason to hold the dirtbag.

Thanks for the. Info, A thought, I'm surprised that the bail on a rape charge is only 21 grand. I'll bet there are a good number of dirtbags who jump bail on rape. Charges.

Dirtbag cops trump up charges all the time. Unless the man is convicted in a fair trial, he is innocent.

I wouldn't say we are safer...(if he is the guy) There's just one less maniac on the loose. We got a long way & a return of Christ to be officially out of the woods. Sadly this will happen again & probably to someone who thought they were "safe".

WRONG, as usual. Until he is convicted he just has not been proven guilty YET. Wether or not he is found guilty by a jury he passed the threshold of being "innocent" as soon as he committed the crime.

NO, NO, NO. I'll type it real slow for you so maybe you can comprehend.

It's kinda like losing ones virginity, You may not be able to prove it but it happened. Or to put it a different way once you've sucked a ****, you are a **** sucker for life.

No crime has been proven so no guilt has been established. That make for an innocent person every time.

The crime is easily proven, the girl is effing DEAD. The person who kilt her is guilty wether or not he is convicted by a jury.

Now there's an analogy that Jer-Jer can really relate to. He calls it "securing an application" though. I wonder just how many "applications" he's "secured" in his life. The number is probably astonishing.
