In a $40 million federal lawsuit, five people arrested recently in Ferguson, Missouri, accuse police of using "wanton and excessive force" and treating U.S. citizens "as if they were war combatants."

Police , civil authorities should sue the protesters demanding they pay damages and over time charges for police response to protest.

The city should say bring it on. I did not see civilized crowds on the tv stations I watched. All I saw was an out of control mob. Most looked like ghetto criminals.

Probably what we will see now are those store owners suing anyone identified in any of the videos or on any security cameras. It will be a mess. Big Mike and his legacy. Winners and losers. Ferguson finally on the map.
