Bull..just like the judge said this isn't about guilt or innocence at the beginning..but giving a man charged with murder an attempted murder a $2500 bond whether he's guilty or not shows me already how this is gonna play out..they only charged him to keep us in the black community

From off their radar.. because if at a bond hearing for one charge can get you bond for a lesser charge then theses charges truly mean nothing...Their gonna work a plea out..but those closest around him will suffer because their truth is based on a lie...

You do have the right to protect your home and maybe anger did have his mind at the time on top of not liking blacks period (but you had the pleasure of taking their money at your club) but evidence shows you had plenty of time to stop your vehicle before wrecking with that car but no since those 5black guys broke into your home you had to kill...

I don't think he should be charged with murder. It should be voluntary manslaughter like the prosecutor was gonna do. Yes he intended to kill him, but he didn't with his hands or an object. He died from a car crash and most of the time when a car crash is involved its usually settled as manslaughter. That's how the plea will work, see it many times.

I don't believe he should be charged with anything!! He was protecting his family as many of us would have done! And everyone keeps saying Ira caused the wreck when the one boy has ratters everything out and admitted it was there fault they ran off the road they smoked a joint there way out there all kinda others things the boy has ratted out so I still & always will support Ira!!

He did the community a favor. It`s just to bad a couple of them walked away. The more of these turds that get flushed the better off the community is. It`s these punks, their friends and those like them that fill our jails because of how they choose to live.

It's strange that he got a bond so soon charged with murder yet one of the men still have no bond. Evansville is a small minded town and racist in many ways. EPD runs this town and most of them became cops just to have the authority they do. Many but not all abuse it. No matter the circumstances, two crimes were committed at seperate locations. Granted anger drives actions but you should be liable for those actions just as those 4 guys are in jail and one dead who had to pay the ultimate cost. I pray for all you hateful hearts who believe never in one moment of your life have never made a mistake. Let you find the grace of Jesus one day.
