Facts in evidence and the letter of the law are the only things that a jury need follow in order to bring justice in any trial. The appeals courts can take any cases from there if there is an issue worthy of revisiting from any one trial.
It is foolish for you to say that there is no justice unless a black or two is on every jury. It is the grey matter within the colored skin, no matter what color the skin, which is the only thing that need be impartial and dealt with in a court of law. Justice is color blind and for good reason ... justice.
