Don't be silly. Of course he broke no law by getting out of his vehicle. he broke the law after he chased Trayvon down and murdered him. Had he stayed in his vehicle he would not have been near Trayvon and could not have murdered him.<quoted text>
Whether Zimmerman stayed in his vehicle or not is not a legal issue since he broke no law by getting out of his vehicle to try to follow Martin. Martin told his girlfriend that he was right by his father's house yet a short time later he got in a confrontation with Zimmerman near the walk that Zimmerman used to walk back to his vehicle. If Martin was right by the house as he told Deedee, how come he was shot 70 yards north of the house?Wouldn't take much to convince the jury, using Martin's own words, that Martin circled back to confront Zimmerman.
You will see, Zimmerthug getting out of his vehicle will be a big deal at his trial. His trial for MURDER.
