Squats, you're a one-trick pony, does everyone converse with you in your native Japanese tongue? Maybe that is why you can't change subjects as others do? You have trouble with the translation..

your statements indicate that you believe everything comming from government is undisputed fact, in reality it is the opposite, you do not relate to reality. Lawyer is the term for "to twist" or lie, thier position is to give the opposite of the presentation in behalf of another, therefore and since a judge is an elevated lawyer, seldom is what they putforth the truth, in fact lawyers should not be permitted to ever sit on a bench, in japan where more socital order exists that is the case, in working with the public, lawyers are certainly not the brightest amongst us, in fact computer software writers are heads above that crowd

OJ also walked out a free man but it did not make him any less guilty of killing those two people.
The pedophile's wife has no defense.
She's up next.

Actually, if you paid attention, someone said bail wasn't granted to persons who were guilty, start there and follow the thread.
PS: the normal charge for bail bond is ten percent of the bail. Putting up bail is not without risk above and beyond someone just not showing up.
If the pedophile here is caught out after curfew for example, say he decides to have a few in a bar and gets recognized.
Bail is forfeit and he he goes back to jail.
no. the baill company accepts sometimes at their dicretion usually 10% of the bonding amount to contract the supervision, the bond is the full 100%, the court could if a bond of property is place up for grabs sieze and sell if a fit of fury is they desire

Increased bail from $100K to a million dollars.

And put on restriction- e.g., he took the pedophile's passport, and the extra passport that... he couldn't find until he was threatened to be kept in jail, and banned him from the airport and bus and train stations.

And made him put on an ankle bracelet.

Sure, the judge trusts him... as far as he can spit.

It might not have a baring on the case but it will have a huge bearing on the case.
If he doesn't cop a plea he will be convicted. 25 to life if he lets it go that far.
pleaing would really be a dumb move, government cannot even present a case, lawyer can call a mis trial after prosecutor presents his nonsnese, in time the money will exhaust and they will have to just let the case be dismissed, in reality the government was just hiding from the natives rioting that was about the come about, when the natives quiet down then life can return to as normal as possible with the plague upon the land

There have been false arrests and people have been put to death for crimes they did not commit.

Of course, there isn't one person in America who doesn't know his ugly fat wife did not lie to the court during the bail hearing.

Don't have to worry about that.

I am waiting for the state of Florida to play that card.

You?

The pedophile isn't charged with child molestation.

Perhaps that will come later?

*Typically*, bail company keeps ten percent, because a) they can, b) there is a risk.

Like... the pedophile had that 2nd passport.

English... difficult?

I understand: you just stay in jail until the trial date.

Obviously: the state of Florida can and will if (if) the state of Florida does not offer a plea.

This prosecutor has a 90+ percent success rate. Best in Florida.

so, you are admitting to slander a state crime and use of internet in the commission of that crime a federal felony, i might just refer this to the fbi for criminal prosecution

there are indeed thousands that know otherwise, including me, it is the uninformed who do not, and certainly if the money blood suckers in the court know the truth, they would not release the truth, they profit from the lie

i guess then he will drop some percentage, in the real world in that 90% group, few people go to trial, they plea bargain, most of those are dwi of young people, and the evidence is overwhelming, they can t present a case and the indigent defender barely passed the bar so they plea bargain for a lesser sentence, figure is pathetic when you know the truth behind it, if you check the number of cases presented before a jury you would probably see 2 out of ten convictions
