Trayvon Martin Shooting Death Sparks Outrage on Social Media

Just after 3 a.m. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Whispering Palms apartments at 4530 NW 36 Street in Lauderdale Lakes., following a report of a shooting. Upon arriving, deputies found the lifeless body of Sebastian Welds, 22, lying between two cars and the two security guards on scene.

The guards, Joel Dunkley, 22, and Lucien Dixon, 24, work at the apartment complex. Dunkley also lives there.

The co-workers were returning from a night out when they heard loud music coming from a dark-colored sedan parked in the lot. The two security guards approached the vehicle, and Dixon asked Welds to lower the volume. The exchange escalated when Welds stepped out of his vehicle and confronted Dixon. Dunkley saw Welds reach in the direction of Dixon’s gun. Dunkley feared for their safety and shot Welds. Both security guards remained at the scene waiting for deputies to arrive and cooperated fully with investigators.

Dunkley and Dixon were armed and both have valid concealed weapons permits. A third security guard, who was on duty and witnessed the incident, provided a corroborating statement to investigators.

Weld’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office. His death was ruled a homicide.
The case will be presented to the State Attorney’s Office for review.

February 26, 2013, that will be tomorrow. Justice is being hamstrung by the machinations of man.

But that's man's justice. Real Justice is neither slow nor is it interrupted by the motions of man. It's always on time. It marches to its own beat.

I know it consumes you but you need to pay little attention to man's justice. Tell "pro bono" O'Mara to work out a plea deal. The worst that can happen to you is to be thrown into jail a number of years.

You need to concern yourself with real Justice. Its punishment for your actions are far more consequential. And it doesn't pay heed to courts or juries or motions. It's been around a long time before courts came into existence.

Real Justice intervenes when you do things that God hates.

In cases like this you really need a good criminal lawyer salt lake city seems to be growing in gang shooting rates, more than I ever remember growing up. Maybe I just didn't pay as much attention, but I don't think so. It's a hard situation. When there is so much violence going on everywhere, when you see a hooded figure in your neighborhood, what do you do? I am looking forward to the trial when Zimmerman is found not guilty. Self defense will be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The jury has to be presented with evidence that is indisputable. The photos of his beating, zimmerman screaming for help, along with the location of zimmermans truck and where the shooting occured are all in favor of the defense. Like i stated before unless the prosecution has a surprise witness there will not be a conviction of 2nd degree murder.
