Innocent people get caught in dangerous gang activity in Visalia

When I read in Friday's paper , that a woman was shot to death because she followed a tagger that she caught in the act. via Visalia Times-Delta

The police dept. is like our goverment they talk it but dont act. Like all the imagration stuff we the people are speaking out as here in Visalia we speake out but nothing is happing to solve the gang problem. Yes make the parents be the fall person for their kids actions i beleive we the parents are still responable tell they turn 18 so they need to be responable for all their actions good and bad.Im proud of my kids in the sports they attend those that have kids in gangs are you proud well then stand up your the ones that raised them and allowed them to get in the gangs so you are the ones that are responable. I love the quality time i have with my kids and as far as im concerned you can spend quality time with yours behind bars
