From the article:

"At the teen's preliminary hearing in September, details of Marsh's statements to officers came to light. The teenager allegedly confessed to stabbing each victim dozens of times and mutilating the bodies, telling investigators that "it just felt right.

Maupin had 67 stab wounds, while Northup had 61, according to Yolo County Chief Deputy Coroner Gina Moya."

This dirty little b**stard to pure evil, pull garbage, pure S*H*I*T! To call him an animal would be an insult to our four legged friends. He should be flushed down the toilet with the other feces! He's going to have a real rough time in prison! The REAL tough guys are already pulling straws to see who gets first crack at him and whose permanent b*tch be gets to be!

Think I'm being to hard on this t*rd with legs? Just read that article again! Talk about a walking case for abortion!

I wonder why there is no mention of prior arrests in the article. One would think that a crime like this is far from his first encounter with illegal behavior.

I don't believe there were any prior arrests. This seems to be the case of a spoiled little brat, pampered by his parents, told continuously that his s**t didn't stink who lived in some overly medicated fantasy land (murderous video games, other forms of violent pop culture) and finally went bonkers. As crazy as that movie theater shooter in Colorado or the school shooter back on the East Coast. Hopefully the jury will see through the "poor little rich boy" defense and put him in the slammer for life. He's garbage!!!

We can hope but this is California after all. Even if a good Woodland jury sentenced the punk to life you can bet he'd be out in ten. California, where life for an 18 year old is ten years and "permanent" as in a "permanent trailer identification" is 5 years.

So the jury did the right thing in finding this murderous maniac punk guilty of murder.(Given the barbarism of the crime and the volume of evidence how could they do otherwise?) Now as I understand it the choice is life in prison without possibility of parole or a sentence to a mental facility with the possibility of rehabilitation and eventual parole? Are you freaking kidding? This kid is a MONSTER and needs to be locked up forever and ever and then some! No way he should ever walk the street again! He needs to suffer in prison for the rest of his life, not be pampered by civil service pyscho-wackos, not told that he's really a good boy and it's mommy and daddy's and those bad old medicine's fault. Hopefully justice will be done…only time will tell!

Jury did the right thing again! They said on TV if he had been placed in a mental institution he could have and would have been released after he was deemed "rehabilitated" (Uh huh!) which could have been as soon as 18 months! If that doesn't scare the sheet out of you nothing will! Can you imagine this unrepentant MONSTER back on the street prowling for victims (just what he was doing right after these heinous murders!) at any freaking time in his life? This creep makes Norman "Psycho" Bates look like a choir boy! As fresh young meat he will have a real rough time in prison with the sex starved thugs and that's a good thing! Rot in Hell PUNK!!!

This person is insane, not only that the drug he was taking causes homicidal and suicide urges teens and young adults cannot control and should not be prescribed for teens and young adults,EVER. One great teen was given this crap and hung himself in a horrible way. They should have put his phyciatrist on the stand. If this guy isn't insane then there is no such thing as insanity.
