Buck shot Mirs in self dedfense? My question to you is what was Buck doing with a gun in the first place? He wasn't and still not old enough to even put one finger on a firearm..... Now he wants to get out of a murder sentence. Sorry, but your family member made his little bed located in his prison cell, now he has a lot of years to lay in it. He admitted he shot Mirs. And if he wasn't guilty then why did he go on the run? Why was he hiding like a coward? If it was self defense like you say he would've called the police and admitted that he had no choice but defend his life because it was his life or Mirs.....I understand that you love Buck but he was tried in a court of law. He's guilty, it's not a matter of him having an all white jury. The evidence showed he is a cold blooded murderer who killed a drug dealer in a drug deal gone bad.... In my opinion, every drug deal is a drug deal gone bad...... Buck is going to shout from the prison rooftops he's innocent because he doesn't want to be there. Do you think he's gonna admit he killed Mirs?..... Like I said, he was too young to even touch a gun. He carried that gun for a reason and that reason was to become an murdering outlaw who's now in prison for murder where he belongs...... I have a family member is prison too. He purposely took an innocent life. He said he didn't do it, but the evidence says he did. My family member belongs in prison and so does Buck.
Your right that BUCK did shoot Mir and did admit to it. Mir would have never got shot that day had he not pulled out his weapon first and said he was going to kill BUCK. Im not saying he is right for doing what he did but it was self defense. When the police got to the scene Mir was laying there with a gun in his hand. How much more does it take to prove the it was self defense. Mirs own friends admitted that he pulled a gun and threatened to kill BUCK. If he didnt do what he did we maybe talking aboout Mir killing BUCK. Im not saying that he should have gotten away with the crime just that 27-54 years for self defense is a little extreme. As far as the gun is concerned they are on every corner in York City. They come a dime a dozen out here with these kids kids.

Mir wouldn't have gotten shot if he would not have pulled his gun on Buck first you say? First, Buck reached around his brother/friend while doing a drug deal and shot Mirs in the face, the reason why Buck says he shot Mirs was because he threatened to shoot his brother/friend who was standing in front of Buck. Now Buck's saying that Mirs pointed a gun at him. Which of these stories/lies are true? Of course the first thing a convicted murderer is going to plead when he's in a court of law is self defense, that The self defens excuse comes a dime a dozen.... They all do. Wasn't Mirs shot 11 times? If Buck would have stayed out of the streets acting like a gun shooting punk he wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. Are you the sister who tried to help him stay out of trouble by moving him into your home? I also understand that Buck had a mentor who tried to put him on the right track....You know what's sad? This is the second murder case Buck has been in court for. 2 MURDERS CASES..... That boy needs to be put under the jail. He makes all young black men in York City and across the nation who want to better themselves and further their education look bad..... You want to believe what King says? That's your right. But you know what? He had a gun, told 2 different stories as to why he shot Mirs in self defense.... When young men get a hold of a firearm they think that they have the power/juice..... I'm Black/Native American 5'4" 120 pound wife, mother, grandmother. Never been to jail or gotten in any trouble in my entire 53 years on this earth...I carry a gun right along with my firearm permit in a hidden holster located in my handbag/pocketbook. I carry it for protection..... In all the years (And yes I carried a gun for several years) I never shot/murdered one person. If Buck wasn't related to you, I wonder if you'd believe those lies he spewing about being innocent in self defense? All convicted felons try to appeal their sentences. Buck is just one of many who doesn't want to pay for murdering his victim. Society does not want people like Buck King out on the streets selling drugs & murdering anyone else.

Correction: The self defense excuse comes a dime a dozen...... They all say that. "I shot him 11 times because he tried to kill me".

I don't believe that my cousins murder should have been dropped due to one persons mess up, they werent lying they were withholding things obviously but the case should have still continued it has been an open ase since 2006 why stop now? It is so upsetting to hear that the people that MURDERED him have been let off, they should be sentenced to a term of life. They ended Juan's life without a second thought to what they were doing and he was just walking home to see his ten month old son. That is so cruel, end when his baby asks where his daddy is we always have to say he's in a better place. He misses his daddy a whole lot and he won't ever be able to see him again he will just have faint memories of him.
