4 arrested after 2nd Benicia drive-by shooting

Police arrested four people Thursday after two alleged drive-by shooting on the first block of La Prenda Avenue and at Viewmont and East Fifth streets.. No one was injured.

Vallejo's going back over to Benicia to shoot up people, again? Benicia has to put one of their elementary schools under lockdown because out of town thugs are shooting in the neighborhood? This is really bad, folks! Glad they caught the piece of scum who thought it was a good idea to go kill someone in the middle of the afternnoon!
