Are you kidding me? Someone please explain to me why is it we don't have the death penalty? This is a perfect argument for the death penalty without constant appeals!
Nope, it isn't. Only the brutally stupid believe the way you do.

What difference does it matter if your boyfriend was shot with an AK-47 or a Remington deer rifle? None, you dork. Your friend died because he stole a cell phone and was about to beat up the victim of the cell phone theft and the victim shot in self defense and you know it, but at least the thief is dead.

Whole life wasted over a $100 phone....
It would have been fun to have seen the look on that dumb punk's face when he realized he was being turned into a cadaver for basically nothing, LOL. Do you think this punk was wishing he was up some girl right now instead of being maggot food?

I just got released from St Cloud prison where I met and talked at length with Aaron. I agree this was a stupid, heinous crime, and no one can ever justify it.

I think it talks of our society though where most of the threads are about the type of RIFLE, and not the tragic waste of BOTH lives. Would Joe's friends feel better if it was a pistol???

I was friends, good friends, with all involved, joe, aaron and white. None of you know the full story and most of you are mislead by having been acquaintances to one or two of them. The gun used should not be the main focus. Rather, the fact the two young peoples lives have been lost and a third changed and damaged forever because a bad decision made out of love by a fiend who was blinded. All three of them were trying to get their lives together an this one tragic incident has ended them. I'm not saying there should be leniency on morrow, but the focus should be on the kids, not the exact events that took place or what type of gun it actually was, but the fact that 3 promising young men are either dead, in jail or unable to forgot the images of that night and now resorts to other means of forgetting. For those of you who think white should e behind bars, if it wasn't for him Aaron might not be right now.
