Yes another crime which could have been prevented if we actually enforced our immigration laws and closed down that southern border! How many more killings will we have to endure before our politicians do something to protect us???

Mike was such an incredible person...it was such a tragic loss. He was always in such a happy mood at the gym and so motivating. I will never forget him and that beautiful smile he had. San Pedro lost a beautiful, beautiful person the day he died. He will always be missed. God bless the Gutierrez family.

Hector Garcia, eh? Sounds like a real law-abiding, English speaking, American citizen. I bet this guy was falsely accused.

Hell Javiaer, You sound like you need to be deported. America needs People like You about as much as the Gulf needs more OIL. You Feel Me Home Girl. You called Garcia a COWARD which i`m sure is Acurate, But it`s also Acurate for 99% of you Sub Human Thugs. In my entire life in San Pedro Not once did I have a SINGLE Home Girl talk Trash or Mad Dog or nothing, But if there were 3 or 4 they were suddenly Tough Guys. Anyway Javier hope when you get back to Prison that Garcia is your Cellie.

Hector Garcia was not falsely accused. Mike was shot in the back of the head in front of an entire party, along with his brother and best friend. Everybody saw that a-hole do it. Garcia should have got the death penalty. Mike’s death is still hard for the community of San Pedro and for all of his friends that witnessed this horrible act of violence. Mike was a great guy and finally justice has prevailed for the family.

All you low life good for nothing bums who are talking about someone they don't know can shove it up theirs! Hector was falsely accused for something he did not do. He was a good kid and good family member. Some people are quick to point a finger for doing something they're responsible for. My mom has always told me something that some of you people need to learn "Never throw a stone and hide your hand."

saddest part is when people use racial terms to prove a point. fyi you make yourself look weak. whether he did it or not its not us who decide his faith. we have so much imperfections but yet dont acknowledge them. so for those who believe being raised in the ghetto are good for nothing, keep thinking that because your corporate job owners are foreigners.(for the most part) I thought obama coming into office will change the ignorant population, guess not.
