We all see kids like this (and worse) in Jonesboro every day; some of you see them in your own homes. Kids are being raised with no respect, no morals, no love for anybody else in the world except themselves. IT IS THE PARENTS FAULT. ALWAYS.

WOW. That is so sad. He is just a kid and he ruined the rest of his life. What 16yo would have the nerve to rob a house full of people? It truly is different times and it keeps getting worse.

The obvious solution to Jonesboro's crime problem is to burn down each and every apartment complex in town.

Maybe he can receive a GED while in prison. This fine upstanding AA is 16 so he probably is already reading at 3rd or 4th grade level.

Maybe apt city, but not everyone. There are nice apts in town. I don't pay $800 a month for a gated apt for nothing.

Yeah, you can work on your holier than thou attitude and your being judgmental about absolutely everybody but you and everybody else can work on humility. Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

I agree. The victims family needs prayer to deal with the loss of a son, dad, brother, a grandson. The person being convicted also has a family who is grieving for their son, brother, grandson. One BAD DECISION has caused two families to suffer. YES WE MUST PRAY FOR THEIR STRENTH, MERCY, AND GRACE IN JESUS NAME.

I would say it's a shame because now as taxpayers we will have to support this fool for the rest of his life in prison, but then I realized we would have supported his worthless black ass just like the rest of these welfare leaches anyway had he not committed this crime. Damned either way.
Funny how your racist ass is big & bad on topix. I dare you say that to any black person to their face. You sound very dumb! You're so insecure abt yourself tht you have to put others down. Grow the f**k up coward!

He was not raised this way. I just so happened to be at the police station when they brought him in and all the evidence and everything! His poor mother and father came in there screaming and bawling.. the father left but the mother of said suspect sat in the hallway crying she stopped me on my way to the bathroom and told me how her son was doing so well and she had been taking him to church and all kinds of stuff. I do not have any remorse for this boy killing another man, but if you guys could have seen the hurt and fear in his parents eyes.. it would have killed you. I pray the lord is with the family of the victim and the parents of the suspect.
