Capital murder conviction of Montgomery Co. man upheld
The capital murder conviction and life sentence of a Montgomery County man was upheld Friday by the Kansas Supreme Court, which rejected the defendant's argument that he had not attempted to rape the victim -one of the standards necessary to establish capital murder.
