Are all Flatwoods residents this stupid? If so, maybe Mr. Roark is doing the world a favor.

You All Seem To have no life.! But let me tell you something. I am related to kyle.! okay. his dad is a dumb ass and should have never bought him the gun. && another thing! Kyle doesn't do drugs.they drugged test all of them, ricky, kyle and the other boy&& they said that kyle had none in his system,.So hum what does that tell ya?. And why did the rice brother keep the shell until after they sentenced him!. Yea it was a terriable thing! but has anyone ever thought that maybe it was a mistake.! and thats the only Bad thing kyle has ever done. and trust me, thats the only thing that he will do!. but then again where he is at it has helped him, he has got his GED now.! and his father-TONY- didnt make him do shit!. and instead of them putting kyle in! tony should have been in cause he was the one who was irresponsible and who bought the gun and the 500 rounds! but i just dont understand how there was only 1 Left.! I think it was planned.! but everyone is entitled to their opinions:) and thats mine.!
But seriously, kyle might have done that one thing, but he needs your alls prays. his is a really good kid, i know him. you all might just know him from this one lil' mistake

i was at the court house for all of the hearings.kyle had no fellins for what he did. also the one shell was given to kyles friend to keep. and when they were all in the room playing games and rick was talking on the phone kyle told the other boy to give him the shell and he point blank shot rick in the head. i saw all the pictures of it in court.when the showed the gun to the other boy in the court room he got sick and white as a sheet. kyle planed it befor he got there. so if u think 1 lil thing as murder is nothing i hope my kids never make one lil mistake.

He did not plan anything he was at my house earlier that day. It was an accident. And yes the kid does feel remorse for what he did. Believe me I know I hear it all the time. Don't worry b/c kyle don't need haters, he has plenty of people who love him.

Ok, I normally don't do anything but read, but I have to post on this one. I love how the first few people are talking about how this kid's dad should have never bought him a gun. Kids should be around guns, so they can respect them for what they are capable of. That is not to say that any child should be left unsupervised with any weapon. Yes, dad is partially to blame. That kid should have NEVER had that firearm in his possession without a responsible adult who was able to take control of the gun, should anything start to go wrong. That being said, dad did not pull the trigger, and at 15 years old, you know what the end result will be anyway. What happened that night was horrible, and the images will forever haunt me. It was murder, plain and simple, and the kid who did it should not be out! Good call on the judge's part!

i know his dad. the only thing i know for sure, is that even if he hadnt been a crappy father, he IS a moron. spends all his time on plenty of fish looking for more lives to fucck up and compalins if kyle needs something. waste of space = tony ruark. kyle will get better parenting where he is, and i feel sorry for him when all he has is a moron for a dad when he gets out.

We have all made mistakes in our life and to hold that against someone is just as bad as doing that act and it don’t like anyone of us was there that day ,we only know what we are told or have read.

Murder is not a mistake. He took a life, amd in doing so he had ruined several lives... Including his. I have seen what Rick's mother has gone through, what his grandma went through. Not only did they have to bury Rick but less than 2 wks later Rick's papaw passed. The only thing that happened that day that matters is that he shot Rick and took his life. None of the other circumstances matter.

What no one seems to think of is what kind of person Ricky was. When Rick was 13 he molested a 3 year old member of his family. i believe in this case that 3 year old girl is finally getting justice for what was done to her. I know her personally and she's now 17 and still struggles every day to live with the fact that her own cousin.done that to her. But knowing he finally got something for what happened gives her a small bit of reassurance. Truth be told none of you honestly know what ypure talking about.

I don't really know what kind of father he was ? Given a murder weapon to a 15 yrs boy as a piece toy ! I have a 16 @in the house, and I never let him drive until he completed the driver ed class with a +license. I mean at least he shall known what he was doing and he'll shouldn't know that will cost him. In this case the lousy father got away for what he did, and the a teenager being locked-up for ! If this happened to be us. I think we're should take the stand instead of silenced and let the DA picked up wrong dude. U.S systems kind of screw. Giving too much freedom but either the laws and or congressman whom enforces the laws doesn't like his job to do a full indictment for the Justice ! What ashamed ( 1down, 1 being wrong which can be right has to payoff, and 1 who promoting this drama got away) WAY TO GO PEOPLE.
