Oh how I wish I was a juror on this case!
This piece of crap would get the lethal injection or electric chair and I would see to it.

It's sad that Deputy Rein had to die over this pos jerk face wanting to escape. But to think an officer was overpowered by a man in a wheelchair doesn't say much about BSO. A weak cop shouldn't transport criminals and if they do, they need backup.

Since prior infrations and convictions are not permitted to be discussed, let me remind the World that Mazza is a hoodlum thug who has danced through the legal system, sentenced to long prison terms and always got back on the streets. He should have still been in prison when he comitted the robbery that got him the life sentence, was desperate to not serve the time abd killed the nicest most dedicated, fairminded guy who ever worked for BSO Corrections.
Even without eye witnesses, there is no doubt Mazza should get the needle.
Capital punishment is not a deterrant to crime, it's extreme punishment for comitting extreme crime. This guy deserves it.

The only reason this guy was in a wheelchair to begin with is because he knew how to play the system. He didn't need the wheelchair - if you watched on TV after he was arrested - he walked just fine without any help. He's a manipulative, lying cop-killer who deserves to die. Anyone who knew Dep. MAZZA deserves 50 cents of ELECTRICITY for murdering the transportation Deputy.

Paul Rein was a very compassionate man and a great employee to the community and to BSO. His compassion led to his death in this incident at the hands of MAZZA THE MURDERER.

Rein should not have gotten HIMSELF in a position of vulnerability in the first place. He violated SOP's which govern contact with inmates while in transport.

Why was the back door open? Because Rein opened it.

Why was the van stopped in the parking lot? Because Rein pulled over.

IF Rein didn't violate these procedures, then he would be alive today. This is why SOP's are so important.

The back door had NO business being opened for any reason, period. All of you who let your emotions dictate your misguided hatred for Mazza should realize that just because Rein is dead, he should not be excused for HIS PART in his own death.

Rein didn't follow proceedure, plain and simple.
