finally the truth is said about this incident. officers were justified!! after hearing all the garbage spew from the mouths of the romero pack/gaggle, now they can shut their pie holes and go back to collecting their life long government assistance while selling "better drugs". every lie and fabrication by the romero gaggle was shot down. "my brother don't carry guns or drugs" bullshit is finally put to rest. he was on felony probation for carrying a .357 magnum. his passenger was on probation for carrying an SKS (ak47). the large amount of drugs found in his car all tested positive for meth.

good job by these officers in using sound judgement and tactics.

romero gaggle - shut your face!

i enjoyed reading the report where the witnesses claim they are inside the house yelling at the police and the police yell back at them while standing on the car hood firing up mario. ladies and gentlemen, how can you hear somebody yelling from inside a house while you are firing a gun? hooray for the police, to hell with the mitchell mob.

I notice Garman just couldn't announce the finding, just that it is out. And the case is being voluntarily referred to DOJ Civil Rights Division and the US Attorney for independent review. Looks like the Garman's new pals, the Mitchell's, should just STFU now.

<sigh>I read it again and it does not indicate which way the finding went. I'm sure Garman would have crowed a decision the other way.

Vallejo police and their supporters are exactly like the police in a dictatorship. They will kill, cover it up, lie to the media, terrorize the witnesses, and then receive a reward.

Amazing that we live with a police force and their loyal supporters who are alot like what we dealt with in the old Soviet Union. I thought the "good guys" won the Cold War!

On September 2, 2012 Mario Romero was murdered by Vallejo Police Officer's Sean Kenney and Dustin Joseph as he sat in front of his Vallejo home. He was unarmed, unwanted and not suspected of committing any crime before a car pulled head on in front of his car, shined a blinding spotlight into his eyes and attacked him by firing over 40 rounds of bullets, through the palms of his hands, face , mouth, chest and underneath his arms as he begged for theses officers with long histories of human rights abuse on the city of Vallejo. At one point during this attack one of the officer's jumped onto the hood of Mario's car continuing to fire his gun. As witnesses begged for these rogue officers to stop nothing would prepare the family of this murdered man for what would happen next. His body was cut from the seatbelt of his car. His arms zip-tied like an animal and his corpse stolen from the scene of the crime. Mario's family was then held hostage by other rogue officers of the vallejo police department while a high ranking officer brough in a gun to plant and stole the seatbelt. Other officers were given the task of distracting witnesses while another officer with a history of abuse on the community repeatedly expanded the crime scene. Those responsible for the murder of Mario Romero were never sequestered but allowed to remain at the crime scene and assist in the planting of the police issued training weapon inside of Mario's car. And flashing lights inside of the windows of Mario's home to blind the observation of this crime and signal those assisting in the cover-up that the gun had been planted. Police refused to take witness statements for months. The district Attorneys office refused witness statements citing that their office was not equipped to take statements. Evidence was blatantly denied. Lies created by police were accepted as fact without using common sense. Mario Romero was murdered like many others by police in Vallejo, Ca. He was also tge second of three unarmed with white cars murdered by vallejo police officer Sean Kenney...this page is dedicated not only to Justice For Mario Romero but to Justice for all affected by police brutality
