I didn't get the soundtrack but wonder two things: Who was the guy in the pink-shirt? Plainclothes cop or the complainant? What was in those two cans near the curbing Powell was circling, crack?

Sorry to say, the guy (Kajieme) was either high, stupid or suicidal.

Probably so, but I believe I would have used a taser gun.

You don’t have access to any such records.
“The injury was not present before the encounter with MB”
You can’t prove that – just like you can’t prove that it didn’t happen the following day.
“There was only one encounter and interaction. It was with MB”
Does not even begin to prove MB caused the alleged injury.
“There is no jury. He is not a counselor”
Le Bigot may not even be human – probably more like a malware spambot.
btw - you seem very ‘poofy’ today Aqueerius.
Never said I would personally prove it Einstein. I provided simple descriptions of the methods to prove the items and they are easily verified and proved.
Never said a word about me personally having access to hospital records. They are easily verifiable and have been verified and also reported as verified fact on numerous media outlets. DUH
Police records show that the officer was in fact transported to the hospital for treatment of an orbital eye socket fracture. DUH
Any photo or video of the officer directly before the confrontation can easily verify that the injury was not present immediately before the altercation. DUH
Eye witness testimony supported by video evidence (wait, watch, and see - it's coming) easily proves that MB caused the injury. DUH

Apparently you are devoid of the ability to think critically and have no clue as to what constitutes proof or evidence, nor have any idea about how to set out and prove a thing.

And again, please politely keep your accusations and projections to yourself.

I'm sick of all of this. I live in South St Louis City and am sick of looking at this on the local news. Go home already. Kids in that area can't start school due to all this chaos. I am black, not that this matters, but allow this to go to court. The St Louis area has plenty of murders each year and no one is out there hooping and hollering over any of them. My son's father was killed 5 years ago by some teens who were shooting at each other..he was a grown man and had nothing to do with whatever was going on and yes, they were black. I want to actually hear the officer's side of the story too.
Sorry for your loss.

It may be African-Americans now who are being killed needlessly but from what I see these police officers today are so afraid that they don't care who they kill, Black Americans, White Americans, Asian-Americans there just simply is no one they will not kill.

I would say an autopsy is pretty hard evidence. Proved Brown's friend and accomplice and other witnesses liars.

Even if MB did ‘attack’ the cop in some way – there is still no proof the situation required the use of deadly force.
Being attacked in a vehicle. Broken bones to the face of the officer. Officer feared for his life. You have to prove he didn't fear for his life. Good luck with that.

<quoted text>No evidence exists that MB tried to grab the cop's gun - but for a cop trying to avoid a murder or manslaughter rap, it's practically a necessity to have that be part of your story.
If his DNA is on there you still wouldn't believe it. Admit it that it doesn't matter what the evidence is. Admit that it doesn't matter the boy was a violent robbing teen. Admit it that it doesn't matter the autopsy proved witnesses were lying. Admit it that all that matters is a black teen was killed by a white officer. You are a disgusting piece of sh**.

Problem is, it seems that most of the Blacks today have behavoir problems and problems with authority plus following basic commands and if I was put in the same situtation I would do the same thing in using deadly force if the Individual failed to follow a simple command to drop the knife or weapon or started coming at me with it and you would do the same thing as Darren Wilson who I can believe telling the real story plus has a clean record vs Dorian Johnson who has a previous record of lying.

How about that? Star witness in Michael Brown shooting lied to police in 2011

Say it ain’t so! Dorian Johnson, the primary witness to the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo.— the man whose versions of events, which includes the claim that Brown was shot down in cold blood after raising his hands and submitting to arrest — has a history of lying to the police. He also has an outstanding warrant for a 2011 theft in Jefferson City according to the IJ Review via St. Louis Fox affiliate KQFX.

Johnson, who was walking with Brown when the shooting occurred, was earmarked to be the star witness in any potential prosecution proceedings against Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting of Brown. Now it appears that the prosecutor will have a slight credibility problem to deal with if Johnson is called upon to testify.

Anonymous of Indy,

Clearly you have your perspective and whatever your approach is towards a situation does not mean it would be everyone else's approach. Yes there must be justice when one is faced with injustice but if we have arrived to the point where the police officer is now judge, juror, and executioner then we have the wrong policies in place. The police officer who has the authority, the legal means and the support along with a training to effectively deal with the public but is only and always concerned with just their own safety are not people who belong on the police force. Why is it with all that is available for an officer to use such as waiting until backup arrives in order to deal with some of these crisis? And before anyone goes there yes if there is a life-threatening situation then perhaps the drastic action needs to be taken. Stockton California criminals use an innocent woman as a shield while the police bullets I believe more than 9 kill this woman because the police couldn't wait.

Why would the shooting of a thug who just robbed a store and then severely beat a Cop cause racial tension? Oh wait this dead punk WAS the racist one. The video showed him rob a small middle eastern store owner then beating a white man who was a cop.

This dead punk was the only racist that day.

Let's look at some of the Ferguson highlights before AFV grabs them:

Dead kid's Mom, "I don't want to see NO violence." I English good speak!!

George Zimmerman was acquitted in 2013 because he acted in self defense.

That stripper at Duke lied, was never prosecuted, and then went on to kill a man.

Governor Nixon, a white man, an Obama loving Democrat, calls out the National Guard to show blacks that white men have the power.

And tomorrow, MSNBC packs up and goes back to New York because the kid got what he deserved.

Saturday. One lone protestor sits in Ferguson. When asked why she is there, her response is, "Cuz I gots to be,"

Solution?

Black people should respect the police and get the hell out of the middle of the street.

Next year. Officer Johnson (aka OJO) runs for Governor while his teen son with tattoos and no belt suffers an overdose.

2 Years, Four Months, and 28 days from now. Obama refuses to leave office and is immediately arrested and prosecuted for dickheadedness.

Your acting like the police are using deadly force daily for no apparent reason and if that were the case there would be a Michael Brown victim every day and night of the week on the National News besides everybody has that right to use deadly force when they feel their lifes are being threatened and not just the cops but unfortunatelly Police have a higher probability of being put in a situation of having to make the decision to use deadly force if needed than the average citizen because of their profession.

Anonymous of Indy,

There is a lot more killings by police officers, unjustifiably then is reported. A few years back to offices entered a building looking for suspect (apartment complex) unexpectedly a doer open someone stepped out the officer turned and shot. It was not the suspect he was looking for but rather a teenager or a preteen. The officer carries another gun with him that is not police issued which he planted in the child's hand. His partner showed up to see the gun being planted. The partner kept the secret until they both retired at which point he could no longer live with the lie and finally turned his partner in.

There are a number of other incidents across this country where I believe it was 20/20 Black police officers dressed up as homeless people on the street to videotape how minorities were treated by white officers the video showed 2 white officers grabbing up the undercover Black police officer next to a glass storefront pushing the man into the window so hard it broke.

There are so many videos of police brutality online how is it that people are not aware of the injustices they are causing innocent people?
