Let;s clear this up quickly. Miss Cheryl was found guilty, sought and gained the plea agreement on sentancing that would allow her an appeal to a parole board in just 18 months. Had she not done so she would have had to serve 85 percent of her sentance. She told that parole board the same lies that she had previously told the police and a jury, and the result was the same. Nobody who was tasked with objectively considering the facts has believed a word that she has said. The parole board sent her back to prison with no further review for 5 years. Since that time Miss Cheryl has been anything but a model prisoner, having recently returned to Pewee Vally after a stint in stricter confinement that included some solitary time. Given her prison record, chances of parole are slim when the next hearing comes around, let alone the fact that she chose to take her husband's life.
That brings us to today, where her court appointed lawyer says Miss Cheryl's half million dollar defense team was inadequet.

What did she do to warrant solitary confinement? The last I heard, and I admit I haven't kept up with her situation, was that she was a model prisoner.

Think you know it all, huh?'Stricter confinement'? Bad prison record which makes parole chances slim? Really??? You are just showing what you don't know about the prison system and its residents.
