The only thing I see here is this young man will never get a fair trial in Fulton or Sharp County. Better get him a good lawyer that knows that too. Either way around its a sad thing to for families.

i agree because sharp county juries seem to require little more than an accusation to convict and i have acutally seen convictons for murder without a shred of evidence
