what makes u think he has no remorse. he has not said a word yet. it could very well and most likely was an accident, as uourur buddy was driving down the road with his seat reclinedd squeezing chris and the woman against the door. they had been moving the gun all night to different places in the car. I know chris bryant and do not think he would intentionally kill anyone
So we're riding down the road with a gun. The seat moves and pulls the trigger and shoots the driver in the back of the head.

The girlfriend of the guy with the gun decides to make up a story about him pointing the gun at her and threatening to shoot her. Just makes something up instead of telling them about the accident.

Makes no sense.

Let me get this right the car seat pulled the trigger and the gun just happens to be pointed at the back of this mans head and since it was a murder by a seat this guy runs for the hills yeah that make a whole lot of sense did the gear shifter flip the safety off to his going away for the rest of his life there's not a jury n this country that wouldn't convict this guy he shot him in the back of the head wake up and come back to reality he threw his life away and took a life away from another bottom line

<quoted text>What I find very disturbing from the article is, Chris Bryant was on meds then off of his meds. and was able to get his hands on a gun.
Our Government and Law Enforcement really need to crack down on these Lunatics running loose in our communities.
How many other mentally sick individuals are running around here off of their meds and carrying guns? There needs to be a system put into place that can track these type of individuals.
It can not be to hard to do with today's technology. Start comparing simple records, who is mentally ill and has guns. When the system finds out who the sickos are with the guns, take their guns away and make sure they stay on their mental meds!
so everyone with a mental sickness are sickos ur an idiot go back to school u dumb shit

Well, it is apparent to me that you are a dunce and can not comprehend the English language correctly.

What I said was, people that are mentally ill should not be able to have a gun. Our society does not need mental cases packing heat.

Hopefully this time you "might" understand.

I think we should treat this like a gun accident and throw both the parents in prison.

That would set a good example for other parents who haven't given a thought to the fact that their exposing their kids to the same type of danger by owning garage doors themselves.

If we ban garage doors think of how much safer we would all be, after all if we can save one life won't it be worth it? It seems like every time I read about a garage door in the news it hurts someone. Why have such dangerous things around in the fist place.

Maybe we should create a new government agency to register all garage doors and their owners, and make all the owners pay to attend a class on garage door safety.

All these types of measures work so well with guns, why not apply them to garage doors.

What's wrong, don't you care about saving innocent children's lives???

I feel strongly that, our local police forces and citizens in the community need to be more observant.

We all need to come together and be on the look out for undesirables from other towns like Batesville and Newport etc. etc.

Do not be afraid to call 911 if you see someone or something suspicious in our area.

Remember, this is our home our town. Home of the Rebels and Rebel pride!

no, get this straight. The gun was never between the car seat and the car seat did not pull the trigger according to the witness, the gun had been moved repeatedly between the back seat and the floor board of the back seat. When the guy reclined his seat there was no room for the witnesses legs so she had to put them in Chris's space. As he attempted to retrieve the gun from the floor board and pull it up between their legs in the front seat the gun fired striking the guy in the back of the head. Had he not been leaning back so far with his head in the back seat area the bullet may have gone harmlessly through the window or into the side of the car. The incident was a tragic accident.
