Law would limit 'BYOB' parties
The Jackson City Council is scheduled to vote Tuesday on a new law that would restrict the times of day businesses could host parties where guests bring their own alcoholic beverages.

They are trying to ban it because of the beach because in the past the have been 3 deaths by shootings but none of those have occurred because of the beach. The beach is very strict on who they do and do not let in and honestly I've seen less drunken people since they've had by o b than when the liquor was sold there.

Maybe if the black youth could stop thugin and shooting people they could be allowed to congregate. The thug attitude is so excepted its normal for most black people 30 and below and they don't seem to even realize their attitudes allow this behavior. It is even happening with college students whats next "Black teacher shots student who disrespects him".
