I am still waiting for the media to take the ball and run with this story, how come it is not on the news every five minutes.

Look what the police say about this incident:

"This is one of the worst beatings I've seen," said Vallejo Detective Jason Wentz, who was on his usual patrol at the Bethel-Vallejo basketball game Friday night.

I would like the see this beating of a child by adults on every news channel being aired every few minutes, they have the ability:

The incident - captured Thursday on high-quality color surveillance.

Will the news play any of this like the BART Shooting..NO, it is not interesting and will not make them money and increase their ratings. We live in a strange world, one where a criminal involved in a fight with many others on a public transportation train is killed by a police officer during the arrest, he gets death threats along with his family, including his newborn baby, and is shown on TV every few minutes with community leaders calling for him to be tried and convicted and put away all within one week or "let the riots begin".

These adults almost kill a child at a school event and nothing. Strange

Contact the media, e-mail the news stations, let them know in case they have not been made aware of it...

We need to put the Tili family away once and for all. They are nothing but animals and should be dealt with as such.

I agree, adults beating a child to within an inch of their life should be protested in the streets.

STRING THEM UP!!!!

The wolf pack mentality... strength in numbers and it feeds upon itself.

I hope the parents of these juvenile perps have plenty of money and readily decide how they will pay for the medical expenses, pain and suffering, and future care of the victim, not to mention punitive damages.

You won't see any of this reported on Bay Area TV or major news publications. They're too busy trashing the BART police officer!

The Vallejo Times Herald and the Vallejo Police Department have been tryin to take down this family for a while now. There are two side to every story there is his/her, yours then there is the truth. Times herald and VPD tell only the stuff that will make there Business make money or look good. From what i hear this boy who was seriously injured was done so as a consequence as what he did earlier, This kid was no angel, did he deserve this? who knows, but one thing is for certain Karma is a u kno what... for every action there is an opposite and equal reaction. Remember this when you read these storys... THE STREETS TALK

It appears that there is a set history here of continual repetition of violent crime and deplorable behavior without any trace of remorse. Once and for all these perpetrators should be permanently incarcerated to protect others. No more chances. The Tili family has already created a permanent legacy of ongoing violence. No chance of changing this.

Life in a California prison or a quick death is to easy for 26 and 18 year olds. I would send them to a Mexican or Chinise prison for life. This type of crime must be dealth with very harsely.

Say's one of the Titi's babies mama.
Girl, bye. If the kid did do something to one of them , it should have been solved one on one. There is no excuse for 5 grown men to jump one person.
I pray that the young man pulls through.

Nat, you are a SICK person! I personally know the victim but irregardless no one deserves what happened to him. This attack was unfair and inhumane. There is no way you would make a comment like that if something like this happened to someone you knew and cared about.
