"A shackled Smith did not speak during Friday's hearing. He is also charged with having personally and intentionally discharged a firearm during the commission of a robbery, being a felon in possession of a firearm and having a prior serious felony conviction.

Afterward, Bobrow (the Public Defender) said, "We are disappointed the people are seeking the death penalty." He declined further comment."

Most of us are disappointed the "alleged" suspect wasn't gunned down in the action, thus saving everyone the problem of having to hear crappe like "We are disappointed the people are seeking the death penalty".

The lives of a hundred of these pieces of sh!t wouldnt be worth the life of one officer as outstanding as Capoot.
