Suspect in Santa Fe Springs killing caught

A man suspected of fatally shooting his visitor in the head early Friday morning was arrested after a chase that ended in a riverbed.

Wow, what' really going on? The death penalty must be enforced in this state. Sentenced, 1 appeal, then drop the hammer. Period. Wer'e paying way to much money to house these killers. And, according to the LA Times, convicts have a much easier program while on Death Row! Right now there is no deterent to this "Killing Frenzy"
