Pa. man spared jail in fatal shooting of infant
A central Pennsylvania man is getting six years of probation but no jail time after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the Christmas Eve shooting death of his 2-month-old daughter.

Fire this judge, he obviously has no regard for human life. Probation and an innocent child is dead. You sir, shall be held responsible for the next time this criminal commits such an act.
