Why would a person who was trying to fake a suicide shoot twice knowing that it would not be called a suicide? Also, she claimed he hit her with a hammer but she escaped... if that was true one hit from a man of his stature would have crushed her skull she had multiple marks which would indicate that she perhaps hit herself with minimal pressure. She was jealous and fake it all to destroy him and she succeeded.

How did forensics autopsy determine that the FIRST gunshot was the one that "incapacitated" her? Perhaps the first shot was the one that was unsuccessful. There was too much incriminating hearsay in that note she left in the china cabinet. I suspect she DID get away with framing him. IMO she was a vindictive nut case. No way is he guilty.
