Rasmussen: Plurality supports 'Stand-your-ground' law
A new Rasmussen survey released yesterday found that far more American adults favor so-called "stand-your-ground" laws than oppose them, while the mother of the Florida teen killed in a 2012 shooting over loud music yesterday blamed the law in that state for her son's death.

Interesting that the Examiner is conducting a one-paper campaign against Stand Your Ground in the Dunn case considering that SYG wasn't raised as a defence in the Dunn trial.
You'd think they had an agenda or something.

Funny, the blacks on the news are agog with this Karla Davis shooting and comparing it to the SYG, law.
Anybody and everyone who ever shot someone in the heat of the moment or premeditation can "CLAIM" self defense. The problem is that self defense is an affirmative defense meaning that the defendant actually has to prove the defense. SYG law changes nothing in regards to this.
