stupid stupid stupid you can't hide from fines by taking vacation vacation vacation.
Prove it. Show the law stating I can't. The judge may fine me for not making the cake but he STILL can't force me to make it. Remember your first claim is I could not take a vacation, you made no mention of a fine. You inferred the judge could force me not to take a vacation. Moving the goal post now is not going to save you.

Opps. Can you not address my point? I did say he needs to go to court but you claim he was caught referring to your claim of "giving his gun back" If he was arrested then he is in jail. There is no excuse for putting off his trial for months or years. He has a right to court but he and the public have a right to a "speedy trial". Sorry but moving the goal post will not help you.

I mean like in the real world where the bakery who refused to serve the gay couple went out of business.
Sales by bigots to other bigots went up at Duck Dynasty?
Guess you need to get into cable TV.
Hey it is the business owners choice on how he controls his property. No one is making the claim he is smart. You need to stop watching so much TV. Why don't you check out the sales reports and reported income. Duck Dynasty family made a vast increase in sales and income AFTER the liberals attacked them for having morals. Ha ha ha poor liberal can't get a clue.

Explain to his family you gave him a gun and told him to protect your $100 and your cigarettes.
Then put $10 in the gift basket and don't forget to tell everyone how generous you are.
Repeating your failure will not help you. You made this claim before but the point is he is protecting himself. The ARMED robber has no intention of harming the money or cigs.
Why don't you address my point of YOU telling the family YOU forced him to be defenseless and he died on his knees begging the robber not to hurt him? I keep making that point and you keep dancing around it.

There's a gun show almost every weekend.
We know YOU don't do background checks, he'll head right for your table.
Not if you liberals stop turning him loose from jail. Not if the clerk puts a slug in his fore head.

Show proof that a check of his background is proof of FUTURE actions. If the liberal judge says he is harmless and turns him loose then the liberal judge feels he is no threat regardless of his past. Why should I be forced to second guess a judge?

You can go out of business.

I 'm not interested in your rendition on how America needs to fix its court system so you can finally win an argument in an internet forum when you invent an interpretation of a hypothetical situation.

Context, DongLiqueer.

You insist your pedophile was found innocent and you are wrong, he was found not guilty.

According to the rules in the USA, you are innocent until proved guilty unless you are charged by a court and bond over by a judge at which point you are not guilty until proved guilt.

Happy, DongLiqueer?

The clerk making minimum wage is going to shoot an armed robber with a head shot when the robber is going to have the gun out and pointing at him, Thumper?

My money is on the robber who has the gun out pointing at the clerk making $7.50 an hour.

WRONG!!!! Merely being charged is NOT an indication of guilt. You are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY..........PERIOD.

And I NEVER SAID that Zimmerman was proven "innocent", dumbass. You are STILL making up shit I never said. But he was found "NOT GUILTY" by a jury of his peers, wasn't he?

there is the legal and the reality.....we know Zimmerman was guilty of shooting an unarmed kid.. we know OJ was guilty of killing his ex... unfortunately, we could not prove either beyond doubt, so technically they are innocent and go free...we rely on proof, not intuition, beliefs and opinions....
so you want to deny it, that is certainly your right... zimmerman is able to enter a boxing ring with adult black male, but couldn't handle a black kid with a hoodie and some candy bars...yeah.. ok....you hillbillys enjoy a different reality based on bull$-hit..
1. Martin was not unarmed. He was using a concrete sidewalk as a blunt force weapon which he had bashed Zimmerman's head against AFTER he fractured Zimmerman's nose.
2. Martin didn't have any candy bars. He had a can of fruit punch and a bag of skittles.
3. The boxing match between Zimmerman and DMX was cancelled.

It seems that YOU are the one having trouble with "reality".
