“That way I had it on either side”

A sheriff's deputy in Harlan County supplied the gun used to murder a sheriff's candidate in 2002 and the cash to pay the killer, according to a major drug dealer involved in the plot.

The deputy, Roger Hall, who was taking payoffs from drug dealer Dewayne Harris, was concerned that if Paul L. Browning Jr. became sheriff, Hall would lose his position, Harris testified Thursday.

I think that their is big money behind this case and its to keep the real perpertrators from getting caught within the judicial system of Harlan County...

The actual truths may not ever come out, the reporting of the news may be censored. But, people talk and we the people form our own opinions and suspicions and due to the world wide web, nothing is kept secret anymore. If it doesnt come from a new's station, newspaper, neighbor, it will come via the web on forums, chat rooms, ect...

I think that when each one of the individuals involved with this crime stand before God on Judgement day, justice will be served
I wonder

Call the VINE line to get accurate status of Roger Hall. He got more than two years. It will tell you his minimum out date and max out date and when he is eligible for parole. Get the facts first...

See if Roger Hall had a Lief Coach, he would not be in the predicament he is in now. Actually all of Harlan needs a Lief Coach.

That was funny when i read Judicial system and Harlan County in the same sentence...We have no such thing with the dirty cops, and judges..Look already one judge went down, and now the sheriff is up to his neck in crap. Need to get rid of the whole dang bunch of them and start over...

Lets see.. Harlan looks like it has little or no honest law enforcement. The judicial system is just as bad. At least half or more of the population is on some sort of pills.
According to my professional opinion, Harlan needs a Lief Coach.
