State settles lawsuit filed by family of Sangerville man shot by trooper
The state has agreed to pay relatives of a Sangerville man who was shot and killed by a Maine State Police trooper $225,000 to settle a lawsuit filed against members of the law enforcement agency, according to the Maine attorney general's office.
