why are people surprised? clowncil has cut the police force in half, so the hoodies can do whatever they want without being checked

so the police have been cut in half, citywide staffing is half of pre-bk. so payroll is half. vpd just took cuts for another $2.7m in city savings and the city still can't balance the budget with all these cuts.

maybe its because city leaders like current and past cm's, clowncil, whittom are completely inept or maybe Vallejo has a revenue problem!!! or maybe all the above!!!!

reality check
