VISN 21 and its Director, Sheila Cullen not only don't care about veterans,they allegedly steal money from veterans, take away veterans rights, repeat the same mistakes over and over to discourage veterans from using VA services. Director covers for her subordinates whe they allegedly break laws that would put veterans in prison if they broke the same laws. She feels she is above the law and falsifies documments to silence veterans. If you think VISN 21 and Director Cullen are there to help veterans, just go to them with a VA problem and you will find they turn against you like a mad dog and retaliate with a vengence. I hope Tammy Duckworth and her team find and remove and or put in prison the corupt VA officials as I allege VISN 21 Director Cullen is.

Gary Price, a Sacramento veteran had an agent orange tumor in his neck. When it was small enough to operate on, VA refused. When it was too large to operate on, VA reversed its position but it was too late. He died. Veterans demonstrated in Sacramento. VISN 21 Director, Sheila Cullen could have steppped up to the plate, as is her job, and saved his life. She is the authority over Sacramento VA. That is how much VISN 21 Director Cullen cares about veterans.
