'Circular' light in cloud seen moving around California sky

A Rocklin, California, witness is questioning a "circular-shaped light" that was seen coming from inside a cloud on January 3, 2011, that seemed to "skip" or "slide" across the sky at a fast rate of speed, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network witness reporting database.
