Japan aims to abandon nuclear power by 2030s

There are 4 comments on the www.reuters.com story from Sep 14, 2012, titled Japan aims to abandon nuclear power by 2030s. In it, www.reuters.com reports that:

Japan's government said it intends to stop using nuclear power by the 2030s, marking a major shift from policy goals set before last year's Fukushima disaster that sought to increase the share of atomic energy to more than half of electricity supply.

Japan joins countries such as Germany and Switzerland in turning away from nuclear power after last year's earthquake unleashed a tsunami that swamped the Fukushima Daiichi plant, causing the worst nuclear crisis since Chernobyl in 1986. Japan was the third-biggest user of atomic energy before the disaster.

How high will gas prices escalate now that the Middle East is becoming UNstable under the Arab Springsummerfallwinterspringsu mmer?

Can YOU afford higher gas prices which WILL INCREASE further, the cost of food. Food doesn't magically appear on grocery store shelves-it takes fuel to move food.

Obama's resistance to develop the US's energy has put Americans in a very difficult position.

We're STILL DEPENDENT on foreign energy.

Vote for Mitt Romney as he stated he will develop the US's ENERGY, there by creating jobs, and make America ENERGY INDEPENDENT.

We can't keep our fingers crossed that nothing will happen to rock the boat in the UNStable Middle East...that is not going to happen...it is an UNstable region of the world and to put all of America's eggs in this Arab basket of energy is treasonous.

It will take half a centure or more to develop an alternative energy source here in America. We all can't get on bikes and ride to work, school-like they do in France! Our country is vast and has 5 times the amount of people than Europe.

Let's support Mitt Romney's plan to make America INdependent of foreign energy and his plan to put Americans to work-BY DEVELOPING OUR OWN ENERGY!

Go Romney/Ryan

Today the biggest buyer of the Chevy VOLT is the US ARMY....OBAMA bought them..Welfare for GM,..They need electricity....I guess in the desserts of the Mid East they can get charged up...Or they can install windmill fans on top of them..Or hook a camel to pull them,..Better yet piss on them..for they are a useless Obama Pipe Dream.......

Fossil fuel is more in demand that at any other time..the USA is sitting on enough of it to not be dependent on the Arabs...However NUMBNUTS,and his GREEN SLIME NITWITS will keep AMERICA POOR,DEPENDENT,and KOWTOWING to the Arabs..like OBAMA has been doing....

GOD DAM AMERICA? yer looking at it!
