This one gave handy info for local effects following the quake.
Appears to have been thrust driven a pop up in the forearc of the E. part of the E.Solomon arc. A result of strike slip motion of the Pacific plate N. of the Santa cruz zygomorph (megathrust on both sides), with the santa cruz zygomorph nominally part of the Fiji plateau.
Appears that the E solomon arc is a backarc basin.
Will keep watching that space.
Have a nice day: Ag
