HIV-positive man arrested for prostitution

A Denver man has been arrested for allegedly selling sex while knowing he was infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.

People who do this should be charged with attempter murder.

It is very wrong for anyone with a STD to be a prostitute. If you know you have HIV and your still willingly having sex with people without them knowing you have aids you deserve the most severe of punishments available.

yes this is attempted murder i don't see how some1 can give another person hiv knowingly and not be in prison the cops know this man "very" well its says but none of them do anything 2 prevent the spreading of this incureable diease the police are a joke

If you are out there paying for sex you take the risk and get what you deserve.

If you are going to have sex with a male and you do not use protection well it won't be long before you get AIDS anyway.

That's a guy? Yeessshh. He should face charges, yes, but Karl has a point- anyone who would want to do it with this defective is a defective themselves- I feel sorry for the other people in their lives who may not know where their partners have been, though!

Wow talk about ignorant.

If you know the person has a medical condition called transsexualism, then you also know this person identifies as female, least a half wit would.

Since, as I read the story, the person was willing to preform sexual acts, I'm suspecting we are speaking of a blow job, and to my knowledge of HIV, it's incredibly hard to transmit HIV to anyone through that manner.
Clearly a slow news day if this is big enough news to make it here. That must mean no one was murdered, no major events. Just this person.
