throw the bill in the trash where it and those who support it need to be.

then do something unheard of,"enforce the laws".

we have great laws right now that would solve this huge problem if done without listening to cry baby excuses. think only of American citizens and forget about all others.

The article was written by a leader of the gay and lesbian community. Gee, I wonder why she is so pro illegal alien since violence against gays in Mexico is rampant and illegal aliens in the US regularly attack US and illegal alien gays. She has her head up her ass and, no doubt, her fist up someone else's.

yes our own gov is dumping on us as is all who want to reward illegal aliens. it has already been proven to be a failure and not good for citizens or the country.

we cannot blame the illegals alone when our own gov is just about begging them to come here. talking foodstamps in mexico shows our gov is inviting them. it is all and i mean all on our gov who are so low they refuse to enforce our laws.our gov has become so dirty low and corrupt they are no better than any third world gov just like mexico.

Implement the everify system immediately and enforce it with severe penalties for illegal employers, triple the number of agents on the border and finish the fence, no drivers licenses, in state tuition or government assistance for illegal aliens, and finally, revisit our stupid interpretation of the 14th amendment where we are ridiculously granting citizenship to anyone born on our soil. Having done all that we will no longer have an illegal alien problem. We would have a lot of crying by Democrats who want their votes so bad they could taste them. The employers who exploit illegal aliens would cry because they would have to pay a much higher living wage to their American replacements. And the illegal aliens themselves would cry. Who cares about those three groups when the health of our country and economy is at stake.

It is estimated that there are over 3 million migrant and seasonal farmworkers in the United States.
1

The
2007-2009 NAWS survey results indicate that 48 % of farmworkers do not have legal authorization to work in the United States

Migrant and seasonal farmworkers represent some of the most economically disadvantaged people in the U.S.

In addition to low wages, farmworkers rarely have access to worker’s compensation, occupational rehabilitation, or disability compensation benefits.
Because worker’s compensation benefits are state
-dependent, agricultural workers
are often further challenged by the qualifications and requirements of each individual state.

this is just the agriculture industry.

what would happen to the price of consumer agriculture products if all the workers were replaced with Americans?
one would have to pay minimum wages, provide workers comp, match ssi, ect ect.

one farm worker dies every day and 10 are injured.
now we have disability...

expenses can go on and on if we replace migrant workers with us workers...

The key industry is Animal Slaughtering & Processing (NAICS 3116). According to the Monthly Labor Review, this industry sector had in 456,000 workers in 1994, 505,000 workers in 2004, and prospectively 570,000 workers in 2014.

The Most Dangerous Job in America
Thousands of meatpacking workers suffer crippling injuries each year. A special report from inside the nation's slaughterhouses.

Again, what would happen to already high prices if this industry employed only american workers?
insurance, workers comp, law suites, ect ect...

I say deport every single parasitic illegal alien, men, women, children. Try and keep families together if possible, but if not, put them on separate buses going to different locations in Mexico and let the illegals find their family members.

I NEVER eat in a restaurant that employs wet backs. If I see anyone who looks like a wet back, I leave. I know there may be others hiding in the kitchen, so I always ask the waiter or waitress if there are wet backs in the kitchen before I order. If the restaurants that hire we backs raise their prices, I don't care. I never eat there anyway.

Also stay away from Tysen chicken and KFC which uses Tysen as a supplier. Round up the lowlife liars, thieves and cheats. They have invaded or country like an army of vermin.

If a restaurant owner has to cheat on taxes, rip off their customers, use inferior quality ingredients and hire illegal aliens to succeed then they should get out of business. Personally I feel that if a restaurant owner is willing to hire illegal aliens to save a few dollars then they have already cut corners by not discarding out of date ingredients, reducing or eliminating sanitation procedures, cheating on taxes, and not abiding by the rules, regulations that other restaurant owners do and doing other illegal, deceitful and dangerous things to increase their profits. Personally I do not mind paying more to get safe, quality food from an honest business owner.

To end birthright citizenship, you are going to either have to get SCOTUS to rule that the 14th Amendment does not grant that, OR amend the U.S. Constitution.
